The All-Star Game is one of the highlights of the season for the Travs with the best players from the Texas League converging for a two-day event that centers on the 78th annual Texas League All-Star Game on Tuesday, June 24. Details about the events planned around the All-Star Game will be announced during this offseason.

The Travs’ 140 game schedule is split into two 70-game half seasons with the first half concluding on June 16. Sixty-one of the Travs’ 70 home games are scheduled for night time with six Sunday afternoon games, two Wednesday 11:00 a.m. morning games and a 2:10 p.m. game on Memorial Day May 26 against the defending Texas League champion San Antonio Missions.

All but four home games will begin at 10 minutes after the hour, including a 7:10 p.m. start for most night games. Early-season Saturday games on April 12 and April 26 are set for 6:10 p.m. starts. The first Sunday home game of the season on April 13 will start at 4:10 p.m. with Sunday starts at 2:10 p.m. on April 27, May 11, June 8, June 22, and August 24. The Travs host the Frisco RoughRiders (Texas Rangers) on July 4th at 5:30 p.m. with the Independence Day downtown fireworks show after the game.

The format of the Texas League season remains unchanged with the Travs playing against their North Division opponents the majority of the season. The Springfield Cardinals and Tulsa Drillers (Colorado Rockies) are the Travs most familiar foes while the in-state Northwest Arkansas Naturals have 28 scheduled games with the Travs. The Travs will play all South Division teams (Midland, San Antonio, Frisco and Corpus Christi) 12 times each.

The Travelers are entering their 14th season as an affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels and 48th in the Texas League.
