Razorback Soccer Team Faces Memphis at Burns Park

Fresh off the heels of an NCAA Final Round of 16 appearance, the Arkansas Razorback soccer team will host the University of Memphis in a spring game Saturday in Little Rock. The two teams will face off at Burns Park at 5 p.m.

Admission is free, so soccer fans are encouraged to head out to Burns Park on Saturday to see some terrific college soccer action!

“We’re very excited to have our second annual spring game in Little Rock,” said head coach Colby Hale. “With Razorback fans all over the state this give us the opportunity to connect with them and the Little Rock soccer community.”

The Arkansas Razorback Soccer team is coming off a record-setting 2013 season, including its first trip to the NCAA Tournament.  The Razorbacks wrapped up a historic season at 15-8-1 overall, the most wins in program history. Following a program-best 7-0 start to the season, the team was nationally ranked for the first time in Razorback soccer history, entering the top-25 in September.

Fans will have a chance to meet the Razorbacks in Little Rock, as the team will hold a meet-and-greet prior to the game, beginning at 3:30 p.m. Kickoff is slated for 5 p.m.
