FAYETTEVILLE – University of Arkansas head men’s basketball coach Mike Anderson met with the media on Thursday to discuss the Razorbacks’ upcoming game against Kentucky scheduled for Saturday, March 2, at 3 p.m. on CBS.

“We get the chance to play against a team that is playing well,” Anderson said. “They have won three games in a row and I think they are getting used to playing without Nerlens Noel. They are a balanced team with five to six guys in double figures.”

Anderson spoke about his expectations for the Razorbacks (17-11, 8-7 SEC) in their matchup against the 20-8 Wildcats. He also spoke about how confidence is key in shooting and about the importance of defense. He commented on Wade’s defensive prowess.

Anderson also answered questions about BJ Young, Anthlon Bell and Kikko Haydar.
