Mulerider Softball Ranked in NCAA Central Region Poll

MAGNOLIA, Ark. – The NCAA has released their initial Division II Central Region poll, and the Southern Arkansas Mulerider softball team appears as the No. 9 ranked team.

The Lady Muleriders, 28-22 overall and 22-14 in the Great American Conference are one of three teams from the GAC to be ranked in the initial poll. Southeastern Oklahoma and East Central also appear in the poll with Southeastern coming in at No. 7 and East Central at No. 10. 

The top eight teams in the final regional poll will advance to the Central Regional Tournament, which is made up of two four-team tournament sites.
