earned the recognition from the Atlanta Journal Constitution as a senior, the same year the Associated Press made him a second-team choice.  He was an all-state honorable mention pick as a junior by the Georgia Sports Writers Association.

Following the 2012 season when he recorded 145 tackles for the Raiders, he was also named to the Atlanta Journal Constitution’s All-Metro Team, was voted as the Region 4 Defensive Player of the Year and tabbed as the Georgia Minority Coaches Association Defensive Player of the Year.

Ranked as the No. 151 outside linebacker in the nation by Scout.com, Wyche was named the MVP of the East vs. West Georgia Senior All-Star Game.

Wyche joins Money Hunter (Prosper, Texas), Trent Waters (Knoxville, Tenn.) and Adam Whalen (Lancaster, Calif.) as the fourth high school player to sign with A-State since National Signing Day on Feb. 6.  The Red Wolves also added Utah State transfer quarterback Adam Kennedy to its 2013 recruiting class in April.
