Kenny Smith Brings Out Stars In Little Rock for Fundraiser

Former NBA player Kenny Smith will be in Little Rock to host “Karaoke with Pros & CEOs” Friday, April 12, at 7 p.m.

Smith, an NBA studio analyst for TNT, is partnering with Real Deal in the Rock to host the inaugural event at Bar Louie, located at 11525 Cantrell Road, Suite 924, Little Rock. The evening benefits Real Deal in the Rock and Smith’s Aim High Foundation.

The red carpet event starts  at 7 pm followed by Karaoke at 8:30 pm. Activities for the evening include dinner, silent auction, which will include sport and Hollywood memorabilia, karaoke with invited guest of Kenny Smith and sponsors, as well as The PlayStation Lounge, hosted by Best Buy.

Special guests include Anfernee “Penny” Hardaway, former Arkansas Razorbacks Todd Day and Pat Bradley, Nolan Richardson and Larry Lacewell.

Real Deal in the Rock is one of the largest prep basketball tournaments in the country. Details on the talent for the tournament are here.

Kenny “The Jet” Smith played 9 seasons with the Detroit Pistons, Houston Rockets (winning 2 World Championships), Sacramento Kings, and Atlanta Hawks.

Smith’s Aim High Foundation was founded to create athletic and social programs to support and encourage young people to get an education and to become productive and caring members of society. The Aim High Foundation teaches the productive mechanism of team sports, team work, discipline, cooperation, setting goals, strong work ethic, and establishing moral values. With the assistance of the community, Aim High is able to assist in SAT prep classes, support in school subjects, as well as provide personal guidance for future athletes.
