Player of the Week:

Clark Eagan – DH – 6-1 – 170 – Appleton, Wis.

Notes: Clark Eagan continued his torrid stretch at the top of the lineup this week, recording a .417 batting average and a .667 on base percentage. He opened the week with a 3-for-3 performance, including two runs scored, two runs batted in and a two-run home run to lead Arkansas to a series-opening 9-4 victory. He then registered a hit each of the next two games as Arkansas completed its first SEC series sweep of the year. His two-run single in series finale tied the game in the ninth inning to complete a four-run frame and the Razorbacks went on to pick up a 7-5 victory in 11 innings.

Pitcher of the Week:

Chris Oliver – RHP – 6-4 – 180 – Farmington, Ark.

Notes: Chris Oliver put together another masterful performance Friday at Missouri, tossing 6.0 scoreless innings and allowing just two hits. He recorded his team-leading seventh win of the year and improved to 6-2 in SEC play. Oliver is 5-1 in his last seven starts and lowered his earned run average to 2.63 on the year.
