JONESBORO, Ark. (3/8/13) — Due to the threat of heavy rain and inclement weather in Northeast Arkansas on Sunday, March 10, the Arkansas State baseball team has announced that it will play a doubleheader on Saturday, March 9 against UAB and will not play a game on Sunday.
The doubleheader will begin at 1 p.m. on Saturday with the second game of the twin bill set to begin 30-minutes after the first game’s conclusion.
Fans who purchased a ticket for Saturday or Sunday’s game will be admitted to both games on Saturday.
Due to the change, both baseball games will be aired on 101.3 FM and KBTM 1230 AM and audio will also be streamed live on AStateRedWolves.com.
The A-State women’s basketball matchup with Florida International in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament at 11:30 a.m. will be aired on 95.3 FM The Ticket and KNEA 970 AM and live audio will be streamed on the 953theticket.com.
