‘Wednesdays Out West’ To Support ALS Awareness Month

 

LITTLE ROCK, AR. – 103.7 The Buzz is proud to announce a new event, “Wednesdays Out West” presented by Bert Black Service Company.

Wednesdays Out West will take place each Wednesday throughout the month of May at the Pleasant Ridge Town Center on Cantrell in West Little Rock from 5pm to 7pm with the goal of raising awareness and funds for the ALS Association of Arkansas in honor of ALS Awareness Month.  The events will be free to the public and feature live music, a cash bar and silent auction.  All of the proceeds raised through these events each week will go to the ALS Association of Arkansas.

“Some of our employees have direct experience with the devastating effects of ALS.” says Steve Jonsson, Vice President and General Manager of KABZ 103.7 The Buzz “We feel that these events have the power to raise awareness and help provide a benefit to the cause.”

Businesses of the Pleasant Ridge Town Center will offer discounts and specials to those in attendance each week.  Live music by Matthew Huff, Rodge Arnold, Darren Barry and Markus Pearson will be featured from 5pm to 7pm.  Event dates are May 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th.
